How to Downwind Foil — from Wing

KiteWorld Shop has put out a guide on how to downwind foil, aimed at riders coming from wing foiling. It lays out the progression, gear and conditions needed to get there, and says most people get at least one of three key things wrong.

The video covers what you should be able to do before you start, how to choose a spot and read wind, fetch and current, and which foil, mast and board setup helps with learning. The learning process is split into two steps: riding single bumps, then reading and linking them. There's also a safety section for your first A to B run and a few bonus tips at the end.
