Cookie Policy

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences over time.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Session cookie (authentication) and language cookie (EN/DE selection). These cannot be disabled — without them the site cannot function.
Optional — analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the website is used. It is loaded only after you grant analytics consent — until then no Google Analytics script runs and no data is sent to Google. IP addresses are anonymized, and advertising features and cross-site tracking (Google Signals) are disabled.
Cookies set: _ga and _ga_<container-id> (stored up to 2 years, used to distinguish visitors). You can withdraw consent anytime via the cookie banner footer link. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Optional — maps
Mapbox is used to display interactive maps and spot previews. Mapbox is only loaded after you enable maps in the cookie settings or click an "Enable map" button on a map placeholder. Until then, no requests are sent to api.mapbox.com.
Optional — embedded video
YouTube videos remain click-to-load. No request is sent to YouTube until you actively click the play placeholder.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent login and language selection from working. You can withdraw analytics or maps consent at any time via the cookie banner footer link.
No third-party advertising cookies
We do not run third-party advertising, retargeting, or social-media tracking pixels.
