Mystic introduces 2026 helmet, harness, wetsuit ranges

Mystic has launched its 2026 kiting collection, which includes an expanded helmet range, updated harnesses, and new wetsuits. The brand introduces several helmet models, from the Vandal for big air riders to the Legacy, designed for duck diving and wave performance. New bump caps, styled like a fisherman's hat, are also part of the line. These feature the same soft, flexible molding as impact caps, which hardens on impact and is CE approved.

The updated Stealth harness, Mystic's flagship model, features patented, thermoformed carbon plates and a new press-buckle system for easier adjustment. This system is tested for big air loads, exceeding typical safety norms. Mystic also offers colour updates for the Stealth and a new entry-level Warrior harness with a soft-gel backplate. The Recon, another new soft-gel harness without a plate, provides a budget-friendly entry point into the sport. Mystic emphasizes accessibility, noting the importance of affordable gear in kitesurfing.

For wetsuits, Mystic presents the Majestic range, constructed using a 3D modeling system and Yamamoto 40 neoprene. This high-density foam offers stretch and strong rebound. The Majestic line includes 6mm, 5mm, 4mm, 3mm, and 2mm suits and is positioned as Mystic's flagship wetsuit for the coming years. The Evolve wetsuit, made from more natural, recycled foam, remains in the collection. Mystic has also addressed durability issues in single-skin panels with a special coating on the Majestic back-zip, which prevents tearing. Additionally, the brand expands its Poncho Explorer range with new waterproof and fleece-lined options.
