Featured Partner

The process
How verification works.
- 1
Listing is submitted or imported
A business appears in the KSO directory, either via owner submission or initial import from public sources.
- 2
Owner claims the profile
The business owner or authorized team member submits a claim request with their role and contact details.
- 3
KSO checks ownership signals
KSO reviews the claim: domain email match, website, business documents or phone verification.
- 4
Owner completes the profile
Descriptions, photos, safety info, certifications and services are filled in by the owner.
- 5
KSO reviews profile quality
Safety info, contact details, service accuracy and overall profile completeness are assessed.
- 6
Profile becomes Verified
Once all criteria are met, the Verified badge is applied. The business can then maintain and update the profile.
- 7
Community reviews and updates keep it fresh
Real rider reviews, owner responses and periodic KSO re-reviews keep the trust signal meaningful over time.

Quality signal
KSO Trust Score explained.
KSO Trust Score is calculated from data completeness, verification status, safety and service information, profile quality and community signals. Payment does not directly increase Trust Score. Featured placement is separate and clearly labeled.

A complete verified school with rescue info, clear lessons, photos and rider reviews will have a stronger trust profile than an unclaimed listing with only a name and website.
Trust Score is not a guarantee of quality and should be used alongside your own research. Scores update as profiles are completed and reviews are received.
