What to send where
Everything lands in the same inbox. The messages we can act on fastest already carry the page, the detail and, where it matters, the source.
A mistake on a page
Corrections come first. Send the URL and the line you think is wrong, with a source if you have one. We check it against the original and either fix it with a dated note or write back explaining why it stays.
A wrong or closed listing
Schools, shops, camps and stays are checked by hand and still go out of date. Use the report button on the listing itself so the report stays attached to the right profile. Owners who want the page can claim it instead.
Press and media
Interview requests, factual questions about the platform, logo files. The press page has what we can hand over without a call. Put your deadline in the first line.
Partnerships and advertising
Tell us the campaign, the timing and the budget range in the first email. Paid placements are labelled as paid, and editorial coverage is never part of the deal.
Something on the site is broken
Page URL, phone or laptop, which browser, and what you saw instead. A screenshot saves a day of back and forth.
Spot tips, clips, riders
A new spot for the map, a clip we should see, an athlete profile that needs updating. That goes straight to the editorial pile.
What happens to your message
Messages land in our admin inbox and a person reads them, usually the same day. We answer within two working days. The site is run from Munich, so that is European office hours, and corrections skip the queue.
If our server is unreachable when you hit send, the form opens a ready-made email to us instead. Nothing gets lost that way, so there is no need to send twice.
We keep what you write only to answer it. How long we keep it, and how to have it deleted, is in the privacy policy.
Better asked in the forum
Which kite size at 85 kg and 20 knots, whether Tarifa is worth it in March, whether a harness is too big. Riders answer those faster than we do, and the answer stays public for the next person with the same question.
