About
Cozzolino was the 2023 Kite-Surf World Champion and won the 2024 Cape Verde World Cup, then finished the 2025 season ranked 2nd with 2450 points after Pedro Matos ended his title hopes in their Taiba Round 3 clash. He opened 2026 with a standout Round 1 heat win over Luke Atkinson at Ponta Preta.
He joined the GONG team in April 2024 after years with Duotone, riding the Elips kite with Lethal and Atomic boards and the FeelX bar, and is also a SunGod Pro Athlete. SunGod traces his path from skim and surf on the beaches of Sal to the top of the sport.
