About

Maeder entered the 2025 Worlds in Sardinia as the reigning World Champion, led after the opening day and pushed past 40 knots downwind in the Grand Final, finishing with silver behind Riccardo Pianosi. He won the 2024 European Championships ahead of Axel Mazella and Pianosi and retained the world title in May 2024.

At the Paris 2024 Olympic Games he took bronze in the Formula Kite class for Singapore.
