The Hawaii-based Whyte returned to the tour after a four-year break and took the 2023 world crown from Capucine Delannoy, per the GKA, beating her in the Cape Verde final that year and winning there again in 2024 before stepping back from the full tour. In 2025 she contested Cape Verde only, finishing 2nd to Delannoy in the final.
