Ruben Lenten built his reputation by riding in conditions most people run from: nuking storm winds, enormous heights and his signature megaloop, which became the blueprint for modern big air. The Dutchman later faced and overcame a battle with cancer, returning to the water and channelling his energy into the LEN10 brand and events. Few riders have shaped kiteboarding's culture as directly as Lenten.
