At the 2025 Cape Verde opener, Ribeiro dropped a massive 9.17-point wave to eliminate teammate James Carew in the quarterfinals, then led the semifinal against Airton Cozzolino until a late 8.70 ride turned the heat. At the Taiba finale he fell to Arthur Morais before the semifinals, with GKA coverage calling him a Brazilian veteran.
He lined up again at the 2026 Ponta Preta season opener, progressing through Round 1.
