Located in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge on the Washington side, Stevenson is a key destination for high-wind enthusiasts. The river narrows here, often accelerating the wind through the canyon. The spot is known for its fresh water, rolling river swell, and the famous Gorge 'vibe.' It is typically less crowded than the Oregon side but requires solid kite control due to the gusty nature of canyon winds.
