Porto Liscia sits in a large bay between Palau and Santa Teresa Gallura in northern Sardinia. The Porto Pollo funnel accelerates the wind here, which is why the spot shows up in speed and freestyle plans. The water stays workable-flat across the bay, and foilers use the same funnel on lighter days.
