Wijk aan Zee

Wijk aan Zee is a premier North Sea destination providing a true sea-kiting experience near Amsterdam. The spot features an open sea environment with wind, chop, and wave potential primarily suited for intermediate to expert riders. There is a thriving local scene focused on wave riding, freeride, and big air. The main seasons are May–August and October–March, with SW winds being common. The infrastructure is excellent, including ample parking, beach clubs, and restaurants.
