The 2026 edition
Round two of the 2026 Freestyle season ran 3–7 June on Borkum, the westernmost East Frisian island — North Sea wind, sandbank flats and a German summer crowd.
About the event
The Freestyle division of the GKA Kite World Tour is unhooked, wakestyle-inspired kiteboarding: handle-passes, kite loops and technical combos on flat water, judged on difficulty, execution and variety. The season ranking crowns the official Freestyle world champions.
