The 2026 edition held its window from 28 March to 26 April at Plage du Lydia. As always, the event activated on the strongest Tramontane days of the window — storm-level wind funnelled between the Pyrenees and the Massif Central.
About the event
Lords of Tram is the GKA Big Air World Cup at Barcarès in the south of France — a wind-window event that waits inside a month-long holding period for the strongest days of the Tramontane. When the call goes out, the world's best Big Air riders fly in within days for extreme kite loops and 20-metre-plus airtime.
